Global restaurateur HMSHost, Aéroports de Montréal, and L’Auberge Saint-Gabriel representatives celebrated the first airport location of this restaurant renowned for its Quebec cuisine.
Travellers can now indulge in the tastes that make Montréal an international dining destination with the addition of historic fine dining establishment L’Auberge Saint-Gabriel to Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport.
Located in the terminal’s international jetty, L’Auberge Saint-Gabriel offers an inviting and open layout with dedicated restaurant, lounge, and bistro bar areas. HMSHost brought L’Auberge Saint-Gabriel Chef Émilie Rizzetto to the airport location to craft its classic upscale casual cuisine.
