The event is part of the Transition to Standards project and aims to obtain public input in an inclusive way on the new reporting standards currently being developed.To uphold the multi-stakeholder principle in the development of GRI Standards, stakeholders commented on the exposure drafts and discussed the changes with GRI representatives during the public consultation.
The event, hosted at Autogrill Headquarters, was introduced by Silvio de Girolamo, Group Chief Internal Audit & CSR Officer. The main areas of discussion during the consultation were:
– A high-level presentation about the ‘Transition to Standards’Show participants where to find more information, and how to leave more detailed feedback after the session
– Solicit input on specific elements of the Standards, to help GRI revise and improve these areas during the public consultation period
