Food and Wine evening in honour of the "Made in Italy" food industry

An evening promoting seasonal local products and the areas they come from, attended by Giovanni Alemanno, agriculture and forestry minister.

In the splendid setting of Hadrian's temple, headquarters of the Rome Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Agriculture and Trades, Autogrill organized an evening for institutions, government and opinion leaders during which it presented its promotion work for the Italian agro-food industry.

The evening followed a gastronomic programme illustrated in Davide Paolini's Garzantina: first, fresh vegetables ("crudités") with local olive oils, cheeses and cured meats from Autogrill's "La Bottegaccia" and oven-baked specialities from the Rome area; the dinner menu, featuring seasonal produce, was created by the chef Antonello Colonna.
