Organized as always by The Moodie Davitt Report, the 2023 conference was characterized by being extended to cover the wider themes of airport hospitality, including hotels & lounges, which are vital for a total airport consumer experience, as well as the customary focus of the F&B sector.
Thailand sees us back in business.
The last physical edition was in 2019, at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. After four years of re-organizing the event remotely due to COVID, we’re now back to our usual conviviality, this time in the prestigious setting of the Millennium Hilton Bangkok.
The over 200 nominations received show how the sector is making a significant recovery in this post-pandemic phase, which has inevitably affected the F&B market’s performance in the last few years.
Two intense and stimulating days with a rich programme of conferences on 12 and 13 September in which various industry experts addressed the floor. Dufry CEO Xavier Rossinyol gave the key-note speech.

Destination 2027
The occasion was also important for sharing with the vast public in attendance the Group’s new Destination 2027 strategy, which aims to revolutionize traveller experience through in-depth analysis of market trends and the needs of all the stakeholders.
