Students and graduates

Are you an undergraduate or have you recently graduated and are looking for training and professional experience to put yourself to the test, to assess and make the most of your skills?

Studenti e laureati

We believe that the relationship between universities and businesses should not only aim at recruitment but should also provide support in professional orientation, to enable students to develop the skills which are most useful to find their right place in the job market.

Autogrill therefore takes part in the most important job meetings and career days.

Careers at the headquarters

In partnership with Universities, Autogrill experts periodically carry out orientation sessions with students to help them understand their strengths and areas for improvement in order to be able to make a reasoned choice of the positions that are most in line with their personal skills. In addition, in many countries where it operates, the Group interacts and cooperates with culinary schools and institutes, in order to develop new ideas and project work.

In-store careers

For its points of sale, Autogrill is constantly looking for young students who want to try out a job where they are in close contact with people and which is compatible with the student’s career. In addition, in some countries there are agreements in place with hospitality management schools to allow students to take part in a training and/or apprenticeship programme at the Group’s restaurants.

Autogrill International Graduates Program

In April 2015 Autogrill launched an International Graduate Program to introduce new profiles from different countries in the organization. The scope of the program is to hire new graduates to develop a multicultural, multifunctional and multi-skilled team that can contribute and support the development and growth of the organization. The recruitment campaign was launched in universities and on Autogrill’s social channels (Linkedin and You Tube). Over 900 people from 22 universities and 24 countries registered to participate in the program; 100 people were interviewed and 30 participated in the “A-Days”, a two-day assessment session that was held in Milan at the end of June. 13 young people from 9 countries (Belgium, Bulgaria, India, England, Italy, Korea,Moldavia, Turkey and Venezuela) successfully completed the selection process and were hired in the divisions of Engineering and Procurement, Marketing, Administration,Finance & Controlling, Strategic Planning, HR & Organization, ICT and Internal Audit.
