The company Autogrill S.p.A. was merged into the company World Duty Free S.r.l. effective as from November 1st, 2023 .
At the same time, the company World Duty Free S.r.l. was transformed into a joint-stock company with the name World Duty Free S.p.A..

Delving back into Villoresi’s futuristic past
A symbol of renaissance for our restart: Villoresi Ovest, icon of Italian design, is back in the news. The historic Autogrill reopened on 22 November 2020 after months of renovation work.
Scenarios change, habits change. Faced with the social distancing that became necessary for dealing with the coronavirus emergency, the world is now inheriting what is in fact a new normality.

Autogrill Group trough its subsidiary HMSHost International signs another step towards innovation supporting the DXB growth, with the perfect mix of design, brands and engagement: February 12nd, at Concourse C (Terminal 3) officially opened its 170mq of culinary explosion designed to immerse the 87m passengers travelling through each year in a total food experience.
Autogrill designed its research & development facility, La Factory – Food Designers, at its headquarters in Rozzano (MI) around the concept of food service as a holistic experience.
People from different professions – whether they’re leading chefs (including Gennaro Esposito, Andrea Ribaldone, Renato Bosco and Niko Romito), pastry chefs, or nutritionists, but also local artisans and producers, food bloggers and designers – have teamed up to share their expertise and knowledge and put enthusiasm and passion at the service of culinary innovation.
Amazingly easy to visit with it’s one terminal building concept, and when it comes to eating, well, it’s more than easy to find your food of choice.
In order to promote change, improve customer service and satisfy the different needs of global travellers, Autogrill plans to continue expanding and diversifying the value of the services and product we offer.
