Approval of euro 700 million intercompany facility agreement with Dufry Financial Services bv

Milan, 1 June 2023 - Autogrill S.p.A. (“Autogrill”) announces that, following the approval by its Board of Directors of the signing, as borrower, of an intercompany facility agreement with Dufry Financial Services BV, for a maximum total amount of Euro 700 million, already disclosed to the market on 25 May 2023, today the relative information document (the “Information Document”) has been published. The Information Document was prepared in accordance with Article 5 and Annex 4 of Consob Regulation No. 17221/2010, as subsequently amended, and in compliance with Article 14 and Annex C of the “Procedures relating to transactions with related parties of Autogrill S.p.A.” adopted by the Board of Directors on 6 February 2023.

The Information Document is now available at the administrative offices of Autogrill S.p.A. in Rozzano (MI), Centro Direzionale Milanofiori, Palazzo Z, Strada 5, on the website of Autogrill S.p.A. (www.autogrill.com) and at the authorised storage mechanism 1Info (www.1info.it).
