Resignation of Gianni Mion from Autogrill’s board of directors

Autogrill Group (Milan: AGL IM) announces that non-executive director Gianni Mion gave notice today of his resignation from the Company’s board of directors as of 31 December 2016 and thus relinquishing, as of such date, all membership of the Board’s committees.
