Emanuela Trentin

Born in Milan in 1972, she graduated in Management Engineering at Milan Polytechnic.

She started her professional career in 1998 at Bayer as Business Process Reengineering Analyst and in 2000 she joined Pirelli, where she held various professional roles. From 2000 to 2002 she is Head of Business Process Reengineering at Pirelli Real Estate (now Prelios) and from 2004 to 2009 she is Head of Organization Development. Since 2009 she is responsible for Group Organization, Development & Compensation. In 2013, she becomes Group Human Resources and Organization Director at Sogefi until 2015, then she joined Siram Veolia, where she held the position of Group HR Director and from 2017 to 2019 the role of Communications Director. In 2019, she was appointed Group CEO.

She currently holds the following positions: Board member at Siram S.p.A, and Remuneration Committee and Sustainability Committee member at Kryalos SGR.
