Could you tell us shortly the story of your career path at Autogrill/HMSHost, highlighting your key personal and professional milestones?
I've been with HMSHost since 2014. My first impression was that HMSHost as an international company values diversity and inclusivity, and didn’t discriminate based on ethnicity, race, culture, or religion. I started as an assistant finance manager. Working in the food and beverage industry was new to me, but my previous experience in the hospitality industry made it easier for me to adjust. In 2019, I was promoted to finance manager, one of the most important positions in the company. To stay in this position, I must be consistent and follow all procedures and regulations, particularly those related to finance and accounting.

Working as a manager with my team is comfortable and fun because every day I have the chance to share ideas and projects with inspiring people.
