Milano , 02 marzo 2000 - La decisione dell’Autorità Antitrust in merito all’acquisizione di Società Autostrade da parte della cordata guidata da Edizione Holding, risulta essere una chiara conferma delle possibilità offerte ad Autogrill di perseguire i propri progetti di sviluppo sulla rete autostradale in Italia, essendo stato posto il solo limite di non poter aumentare nel tempo la propria quota percentuale di punti di vendita rispetto al totale della rete gestita da Società Autostrade.
Effective as from November 1st, 2023, the company Autogrill S.p.A. was merged into the company World Duty Free S.r.l., which at the same time was transformed into a joint-stock company with the name World Duty Free S.p.A..
