Milano, 13 maggio 2003 - Ai sensi dell’articolo 2.6.2, comma 1, lettera c) del Regolamento di Borsa Italiana S.p.A., a rettifica di quanto comunicato in data 13 Novembre 2002, si comunica che il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Autogrill S.p.A. si riunirà domani 14 Maggio 2003 per approvare la Relazione trimestrale al 31 Marzo 2003, e non il 15 Maggio 2003 come precedentemente previsto.
Effective as from November 1st, 2023, the company Autogrill S.p.A. was merged into the company World Duty Free S.r.l., which at the same time was transformed into a joint-stock company with the name World Duty Free S.p.A..
