In the upper floor à la carte restaurant, you can enjoy Scandinavian yet strongly modern meals, such as smoked reindeer with marinated wild mushrooms, salmon with avocado dressing or local ice cream. Your menu or, say, a glass of bubbly will be supplemented by eye candy. You can watch the chefs working in the open kitchen or look at what is happening on the runway.
