Milan, 23 February 2021 - In relation to the upcoming Shareholders’ Meeting of Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan AGL IM) on 25 February 2021, which will be attended exclusively through Computershare S.p.A., the entity appointed by the company to act as designated representative pursuant to article 135-undecies of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998, Autogrill S.p.A. hereby communicates that the answers to the questions received from the shareholders within the deadline of 16 February 2021 are available in the section dedicated to the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of 25 February 2021 on the company’s website at the address: https://www.autogrill.com/en/governance/shareholders-meeting
Effective as from November 1st, 2023, the company Autogrill S.p.A. was merged into the company World Duty Free S.r.l., which at the same time was transformed into a joint-stock company with the name World Duty Free S.p.A..
