Milano , 08 agosto 2000 - Due importanti estensioni delle concessioni negli Stati Uniti e una nuova licenza sono state conseguite dalla controllata di Autogrill HMSHost, società che gestisce ristorazione e servizi in 85 aeroporti in quattro continenti, di cui 19 fra i venti maggiori aeroporti negli Stati Uniti, con un giro di affari che a fine 1999 ha superato i 2.100 miliardi di lire.
Effective as from November 1st, 2023, the company Autogrill S.p.A. was merged into the company World Duty Free S.r.l., which at the same time was transformed into a joint-stock company with the name World Duty Free S.p.A..
