Milano , 27 settembre 1999 - Si riunirà mercoledì 29 settembre alle ore 9.30, presso la sede di via Caldera 21 in Milano, il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Autogrill S.p.A. All’ordine del giorno vi è – tra le altre cose – l’approvazione della relazione sull’andamento della gestione nel primo Semestre 1999 (“Semestrale 1999”). Per il giorno 5 ottobre, sempre a Milano, i vertici della Società hanno già convocato un incontro con gli analisti finanziari nel corso del quale verranno commentati i risultati dei primi sei mesi dell’anno. L’appuntamento è per le ore 15.00 presso il Centro Congressi di Corso di Porta Vittoria al numero 16.
Effective as from November 1st, 2023, the company Autogrill S.p.A. was merged into the company World Duty Free S.r.l., which at the same time was transformed into a joint-stock company with the name World Duty Free S.p.A..
