Milan, 20 April 2005 - The Board of Directors of Aldeasa S.A. (Madrid: ALD SM), meeting today, has included Gilberto Benetton, Gianmario Tondato Da Ruos and Gianni Mion, respectively Chairman, CEO and Director of Autogrill, as Directors of the Board representing Gruppo Autogrill. Representing Altadis will be the three former Directors re-appointed today.
Effective as from November 1st, 2023, the company Autogrill S.p.A. was merged into the company World Duty Free S.r.l., which at the same time was transformed into a joint-stock company with the name World Duty Free S.p.A..
