Tell us about your story at Autogrill and the main stages of your personal and professional journey in the company.
My story began in Albania, where I was born and grew up. I came to Italy in 2000 and one day I was wandering around Milan and I found myself at the Mercato del Duomo, a beautiful place that I immediately fell in love with. Today I can proudly say that Autogrill has been my place of work for 22 years. My career path started as a Multi-Service Worker and then, as is the case for many colleagues in the company, I was given the chance to grow and became Service Manager.

For me, working at Autogrill means growth: thanks to the chance I was given years ago, I've grown personally and professionally. Every day I manage the relationship between colleagues, I am always 'in the field' organising and helping everyone. That's kind of what I do at home too: working at Autogrill is just like running a family!
What advice would you give to another woman wanting to start a career in Autogrill?
I believe that as women we are champions at managing and organising, so working at Autogrill suits us perfectly. With our precision and care, we can guarantee the highest standards of service.
What does 8th March mean to you?
One more day to celebrate all the achievements to date. These achievements have given me the opportunity to be a free woman with a wonderful family and a job that I love and in which I am trusted.
