Selection Process

Designing and developing effective recruitment and selection processes is key for the company and its growth.

We design our selection process to identify the competencies and skills necessary at the present time, but also the potential to grow within the Group and possibly hold other positions in the future.

Our guiding principles are transparency, fair decision-making and the equality of opportunity.

Process

The selection process is in several stages and assesses the candidates' predisposition and skills, as well as their fit with the company's culture and values.

1. Search

We look for the resumes that best match the positions we seek to fill through several channels:

  • our applications data base
  • postings on online job boards
  • by working with Employment Agencies and head hunters
  • by participating in Career Days or university events

2. Selection

The selection process is divided into:

  • 1. Interview with recruiters (to learn more about the candidate's skills, experience and motivation)
  • 2. On line tests
  • 3. The preparation of a shortlist of candidates
  • 4. One or more motivational interviewes (with different company representatives - Human Resources, line and/or store managers - according to the desired profile)

3. Offer and Placement

  • At the end of the selection process, the selected candidate will receive a job offer from a Human Resources representative, a welcome note, and more information about joining the team.
