Born in Treviso on 29.04.1966.

Having graduated in economics and business at Università degli studi di Venezia Ca’ Foscari and law at Università degli studi di Trieste, she then did a PH.D. in administrative law.

She started her career at the Venice law firm of Feliciano Benvenuti, where she worked for around 15 years.

A Supreme Court defence lawyer, she is registered with the List of Arbiters of the Arbitration Chamber at the National Anti-corruption Authority (ANAC), Leading Law partner. She assists public and private bodies, especially in matters of administrative law.

She is an associate professor of public law and administrative law at Università degli studi di Venezia Ca’ Foscari, where she also sits on various academic committees and is the technical director of the University’s Master’s course in environmental and territorial government law.

She is the author of numerous publications, sits on the technical committees of various law journals and is a conference speaker on administrative law issues.

Previous directorships include Milano Assicurazioni Spa (sitting on the Supervisory Board, Transactions with Related Parties Committee, Control and Risk Committee and Compensation Committee) and UnipolSai Assicurazioni Spa.

She is currently a director of AerTre Spa-Aeroporto di Treviso Spa, Fondazione Università Ca’ Foscari, Autostrade Meridionali Spa (independent directors Committee for Transactions with Related Parties, Control and Risk Committee and Corporate Governance Committee), UnipolBanca Spa (independent directors Committee for Transactions with Related Parties and Internal Control Committee) and MOM Spa-Mobilità di Marca Spa.
