In his professional career, he worked in a wide variety of multinational organisations, including the Italian energy oil company ENI S.p.A. and the American company 3M Minnesota Manufacturing, developing twenty years of experience in the field of Sustainability, Corporate Governance, Internal Auditing and Risk Management.
He is speaker in various international conferences on the above mentioned matters and co-author of the following books concerning Corporate Governance: “A trip of values” – Egea 2008 - and Sustainability: “Good for Companies good of society” Franco Angeli 2012. He also teaches I.A. and Corporate Governance themes in the main italian universities.
Since 2000, he is in charge as Chief Audit Executive & Sustainability of Autogrill Group. He is also Member of Supervisory Board (D. Lgs 231) Autogrill S.p.A. and Member of Supervisory Board Autogrill Austria and AC Holding Nederland.
He holds various positions within professional organizations: A.I.I.A Vice President (Italian Chapter), Board Member of CSR Manager Network, Stakeholder Council Member Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), ECIIA (European Confederation of Institutes of Internal Auditing) Board Member.
