Resignation of Marco Patuano from Autogrill’s Board of Directors

Milan, 24 June 2019 – Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) announces that non-executive director Marco Patuano gave notice today of his resignation, effective immediately, from the Company’s Board of Directors and thus relinquishing, as of such date, any other membership of the Board’s committees.

At the time of his resignation, Marco Patuano does not own any Autogrill S.p.A. share.
