Milan, 27 February 2008 - In connection with news spread today, Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) clarifies that a mandate has been granted to Royal Bank of Scotland, BNP Paribas, Intesa San Paolo and Unicredit to arrange a financing for an amount up to € 1 billion, with broadly agreed terms and conditions. The financing is mainly aimed at supporting potential acquisitions.

Further information on the subject will be disclosed following the execution of the financing agreement.
