Calendar of company events for 2005

Milan, 28 January 2005 - Autogrill S.p.A. (Milano: AGL.IM) announces1 its financial calendar for 2005, indicating when the Company’s accounts will be examined and approved by the Board of Directors and the Shareholders’ Meeting::

• 03.22.2005 consolidated financial statements of the Autogrill Group and proposed statutory financial statements of Autogrill SpA for the year ended December 31, 2004,
• 04.21/27.2005 Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the 2004 Annual Report (I and II calling) report on the first quarter 2005,
• 08.04.2005 half-year report as of June 30, 2005,
• 11.09.2005 report on the third quarter 2005.

Pursuant to art. 82 of Consob Resolution 11971/1999, the Company intends to avail itself of the exemption from publication of quarterly reports as of December 31, 2004 and June 30, 2005, putting available:

• proposed consolidated and statutory financial statements in 90 days from the closing of the financial year,
• half-year report in 75 days from the closing of the financial half-year.

The market will be in due time notified of any changes of the above arrangements.
