The two ‘summer edition’ recipes, which will be available till mid September in all Ciao restaurants in Italy, were presented by Marco Bianchi at Villoresi Est, on the Milano-Laghi motorway near Lainate, the multi-award winning point of sale that’s seen as a symbol of sustainable innovation all over the world.

Wholemeal casarecce

A recipe that also caters for vegetarian tastes and is made with wholemeal casarecce, grilled aubergines, semidry cherry tomatoes, feta, capers and oregano.

Wholemale mafaldine

A recipe that meets the needs of vegans and is made with wholemeal mafaldine, vegetable and pulse rissoles, edamame, semidry cherry tomatoes and almonds.
