Resignation of Laura Cioli from Autogrill’s Board of Directors

Milan, 28 February 2022 – Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) announces that non-executive independent director Laura Cioli gave notice today of her resignation, effective immediately, from the Company’s Board of Directors due to a recently undertaken professional commitment, and thus relinquishing, as of such date, any other membership of the Board’s committees.

At the time of her resignation, Laura Cioli does not own any Autogrill S.p.A. shares.
