Milan, 14 April 2020 - In compliance with the treasury share buyback programme approved on March the 12th, 2020 and with the authorization approved by the Shareholder meeting held on May 23rd, 2019 in order to facilitate the execution of incentive plans, based on financial instruments, reserved for employees and members of the management bodies of the Company and/or the companies controlled by it, Autogrill S.p.A. announces that between April 06th, 2020 and April 8th, 2020 it bought back, on the regulated market (MTA) managed by Borsa Italiana, 219,581 own shares at an average price of € 4.4742 per share for a total amount of € 982,460.21.
The transactions have been executed by Intermote SIM S.p.A. (LEI code YMUU1WGHJKORF9E36I98).
Here below a breakdown of the transactions Autogrill S.p.A. (codice LEI 5299003D9N2698I3C257), codice ISIN IT0001137345, on a daily basis and attached a detailed list of transactions carried out in the above-mentioned period:

Following the purchases made so far, Autogrill S.p.A. holds 3,181,641 treasury shares equal to 1.2506% of the share capital.
As a result of the operations described above, the treasury share buyback program launched on 12 March 2020, ended on April 8th 2020. During the plan have been bought a total nr. 3,000,000 Autogrill own shares at an average price of € 4,1023 per share and for a total amount of € 12,306,811.67.
