Notification of share buyback

Milan - In compliance with the treasury share buyback programme approved on March the 12th, 2020 and with the authorization approved by the Shareholder meeting held on May 23rd, 2019 in order to facilitate the execution of incentive plans reserved for employees and members of the management bodies of the Company and/or the companies controlled by it, Autogrill S.p.A. announces that between March 30th, 2020 and April 06th, 2020 it bought back, on the regulated market (MTA) managed by Borsa Italiana, 564,479 own shares at an average price of € 4.2144 per share for a total amount of € 2,378,950.47.
