Merger of Trentuno into Autogrill approved

Milan , 30 June 2010 - Meeting today, the board of directors of Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) and the extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of its wholly-owned subsidiary Trentuno S.p.A. approved the merger of Trentuno into Autogrill pursuant to art. 2502, Italian Civil Code.
