Francesco Umile Chiappetta appointed Chairman of the Control and Risk and Corporate governance committee

Milan, 17 December 2019 – Meeting today the Board of Directors of Autogrill S.p.A. (Milano: AGL IM), appointed Francesco Umile Chiappetta as Chairman of the Control and Risk and Corporate Governance Committee, of which he is already a member, to replace Cristina De Benetti who has stepped down as Chairman, but will continue to sit on the Committee.
