Disclosure policy of additional quarterly financial information

Meeting today, the Board of Directors of Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) approved a new voluntary disclosure policy of additional quarterly financial information, in line with new applicable legislation.

On a yearly basis, in addition to the mandatory information disclosed to the market on its year-end financial statements and half-year financial report, the Company will release:

• by the end of May, detailed revenue performance* as of 30 April;
• by the end of September, detailed revenue performance* as of 31 August;
• by 15 February of the following year, detailed revenue performance* as of 31 December;

After Board of Directors’ approval, such information (always compared with the same period of the previous year) will be posted on the Company’s website (www.autogrill.com, ‘Investors/Results’ section).

The new disclosure policy is intended to provide the public with information that reflects more accurately the strong seasonal fluctuations that are typical of Autogrill's business.
