With reference to the announcement of the New Jersey Governor issued today, Autogrill (Milan: AGL IM) informs that, through its US subsidiary HMSHost, an agreement has been reached with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA) to continue to operate the food concessions in 16 service areas on the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway for an additional 25 years.

The agreement is subject to the final approval by the NJTA Board of Commissioners, expected by September 2017.
