Meeting today, the Board of Directors of Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) appointed Massimo Di Fasanella D’Amore Di Ruffano as Lead Independent Director.
The Board of Directors ascertained that Massimo Di Fasanella D’Amore Di Ruffano, met the criteria for the independence, at the meeting held on May 25th 2017.
Massimo Di Fasanella D’Amore Di Ruffano has been a Director of the Company since 7 March 2012.
