Clarification

Milan, 9th April 2010 – Regarding a report appearing in a newspaper today and referring to a bond issue by Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM), the Company clarifies that the bond market may be considered one of the Group’s refinancing options but that it would be most premature at present to make conjectures as to timings or characteristics of a possible bond issue.
