Milan , 13 July 2007 - Autogrill Group (Milan: AGL IM), through its US division HMSHost, has acquired substantially all of the assets of FoodBrand LLC, a provider of food and beverage concessions at airports and shopping malls, for $13.3m, including assumed liabilities. j
