Autogrill Group Will Continue Feeding 80 Millions Passengers At Atlanta Airport

Milano , 09 August 2000 - Autogrill S.p.A. [ATL.MI] the restaurant-services provider owned by Edizione Holding, announced today its wholly-owned US subsidiary HMSHost has received approval for a 5- year concession contract extensions for its Food and Beverage joint venture Host/Taco Joy and its Retail joint venture Host/Charnel at Hartsfiled International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia, which can rely on some 80 million transit passengers per year. The Food and Beverage concession term is extended to 2011, whereas the Retail contract will continue to 2007. Aggregate revenues over the extension term are projected at $250 million.
