Autogrill: filing of documents of the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting

Milan, 4 April 2023 – With reference to the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting of Autogrill S.p.A. called to convene on 19 April 2023, in a single call, full copies of the latest financial statements of subsidiaries or the summary statement required by article 2429, paragraph four, of the Italian Civil Code, as well as the summary statement of the essential data of the latest financial statements of associated companies required by article 2429, paragraph three, of the Italian Civil Code are available to the public at the Company’s registered office and secondary headquarters.
