Autogrill extends expiration date of tender offer for Host Marriott Services Corporation

Milano , 27 August 1999 - The expiration date of the Autogrill cash tender offer for all shares of common stock of Host Marriott Services (NYSE:HMS), a US-based restaurant-service provider, has been extended to XXX (New York City time).  The tender offer was previously scheduled to expire at 12:00 midnight on August 26 (New York City time, 6:00 a.m. this morning Italian time).
