Autogrill: change to the dates of corporate events 2021

Milan, 03 March 2021 - Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan AGL Im) informs that, as a partial change to the indication of the press release of January 29, 2021 regarding the dates of corporate events related to 2021 fiscal year, the Board of Directors to be held in order to examine and approve the consolidated financial statements and the draft financial statements of Autogrill S.p.A. as of December 31, 2020 will meet on March 11, 2021, instead of March 12, 2021.

The conference call with the financial community illustrating the results for the 2020 financial year will be organized for the morning of 12 March 2021.
