Autogrill approves the Company’s Corporate Governance Code

Milan, 20 December 2012 - Meeting today, the Board of Directors of Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) has approved the Company’s Corporate Governance Code, drawn up on the basis of the principles and implementation criteria in the new version of the Corporate Governance Code for listed companies published by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. in December 2011.

The Autogrill’s Corporate Governance Code will be available on the Company’s website (www.autogrill.com – Governance).

The corporate governance and ownership report, to be published in 2013, will illustrate Autogrill's governance systems and why they were adopted.
