Autogrill: Alberto De Vecchi appointed “Company officer responsible for drafting Company accounting documents”

Milan , 20 June 2007 - Meeting today, the board of directors of Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) appointed Alberto De Vecchi “Company officer responsible for drafting Company accounting documents”, pursuant to art. 18 of the Company by-laws. In this post he will have the tasks, responsibilities and resources provided for under art. 154-bis, decree law 58, 24th February 1998. Term of office is not fixed, being subject to revocation for just cause or cases of forfeiture under the provisions of the law or other relevant regulations.

Alberto De Vecchi has been Autogrill’s Chief Financial Officer since 2006, his sphere of action embracing Group administration, finance, control and IT systems.

De Vecchi joined Autogrill after long experience in accounting and finance in other companies.
