Autogrill: 2023 corporate events calendar

Milan, 30 January 2023 - Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) hereby announces the dates of its Board of Directors’ and Shareholders’ meeting to be held during 2023 in order to examine and approve economic and financial results and revenue performance consistently with the Autogrill policy on disclosing additional financial information as communicated to the market on 26 January 2017.

• 15 February 2023: revenue performance as of 31 December 2022

• 9 March 2023: draft financial statements of Autogrill S.p.A. and consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2022*

• 25 May 2023:  -    Shareholders’ meeting to approve 2022 financial statements (Single  call)**
   -      revenue performance as of 30 April 2023   

• 28 July 2023: financial report on 1^st half period to 30 June 2023*                          

• 28 September 2023:  revenue performance as of 31 August 2023                           

*      The consolidated financial statements, the draft financial statements of Autogrill S.p.A. and the financial report on 1^st half period results will be illustrated in specific conference calls with the financial community.

**    Possible ex-dividend period: June 2023.
