Alberto De Vecchi, Group Chief Financial Officer, leaves Autogrill Group

Milan, March 8, 2019 – Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) informs that Alberto De Vecchi, Chief Financial Officer of the group headed by Autogrill S.p.A., will be leaving the Group on April 30, 2019 to pursue other professional opportunities.

Autogrill S.p.A. CEO Gianmario Tondato Da Ruos commented as follows: “I would like to thank Alberto for his significant professional and human contributions to our Company over the last ten-plus years”.

In accordance with the Instructions to the Market Rules of the Italian Stock Exchange, Autogrill S.p.A. hereby informs that Alberto De Vecchi does not own any ordinary shares of Autogrill S.p.A..

Camillo Rossotto, Corporate General Manager of the Autogrill group, will serve as Chief Financial Officer of the group headed by Autogrill S.p.A. As announced on February 7, 2019, since February 8, 2019 Camillo Rossotto is also the “Dirigente Preposto” (i.e. executive responsible for the drafting of the company’s accounting documents) pursuant to art. 154-bis, legislative decree 58, 24th February 1998, in lieu of Alberto De Vecchi, who resigned from the office on February 7, 2019.
