Milan , 22 April 2010 - Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) announces that the meeting of its Board of Directors to approve the 1^st half financial report to 30^th June 2010 will be held on 30^th July 2010 and not on 29^th July as previously announced.
