Standing Auditor

Born in Venice in 1953, he graduated in Economics and Commerce at Università “Cà Foscari” in Venice in 1977 and was entered in the Treviso Register of Certified Accountants in 1990 and in the Register of Auditors in 1995.

From 1979 to 1995 he worked in auditing and certification of financial statements at Arthur Andersen, where he became an international partner in 1991.

From 1996 to 2001, still at Andersen, he was a consultant specializing in extraordinary corporate operations, corporate governance and appraisals.

From 2001 to 2009 he was a managing director at ACB Group and then chairman and managing director at ACB Consulting, where he also took on major assignments as an advisor and “qualified subject” in stock market listing operations for companies including Fiera di Milano, Banca Generali, Ascopiave and Save.

Since 2010 he has been chairman and managing director at C&P Advisory, where he also has a consulting role in M&As, corporate finance and company appraisals.

Recent auditing assignments include his role as statutory auditor (standing) at listed company World Duty Free S.p.A. from its incorporation to its transfer to the Swiss group Dufry and consequent delisting.
