Born in Zurich in 1964, she holds a Master in Business Administration (University of St. Gall) as well as a Master in International Management (Community of European Management Schools). She started her professional career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company before joining the airline, hospitality and travel industry where she worked in Sales and Marketing for more than 10 years.
She then changed to the watch industry and later to luxury goods retail before she became the CEO of a fashion retail company for 9 years and later the CEO of a real estate marketing company. Since 2020 she is a partner in a management consulting boutique in Zurich where she acts as trusted advisor of investors, boards and company leaders in the field of strategy, governance and risk management.
Since almost 10 years, she also serves as non-executive director in Germany, USA and Switzerland where she currently holds the following positions: Board member of E. Breuninger GmbH & Co in Germany (department stores, online shops and commercial centers) and Chair of the Board of Directors of Canada Goose International AG in Switzerland (regional daughter company for the markets EMEA and APAC). She is member of Women Corporate Directors, the Swiss Management Society SMG and the Swiss Board Forum.
