Born on Jan 13, 1970 in Sesto San Giovanni (Milan, Italy), he graduated in law from Milan’s Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
He started his professional career working as a lawyer in judicial and extra-judicial proceedings for Italian and international groups and specialised in civil, commercial, corporate, industrial and antitrust law.
In 1999, he joined the Legal and Corporate Department at Polimeri Europa and then in 2000 he went on to become a member of the Legal and Corporate Department of Autogrill S.p.A.
In 2003, he went back to work as a freelance lawyer in judicial and extra-judicial civil, commercial and antitrust proceedings for leading IT, catering and retail corporations.
In 2007, he made a comeback in Autogrill as Legal Affairs manager for Italy and then, in 2001, he was appointed Senior Legal Counsel Europe.
In 2013, he was appointed Group Public Affairs Director.
In 2017, he took the office of Business Development Director Europe, while also being Group Public Affairs Director, in charge of promoting the Group’s interests with Italian an international institutions as well as developing the company’s customer portfolio in Europe, while coordinating the Engineering & Construction management department that he has been in charge of since December 2018.
Since May 2020 he has held the position of Business Development, Engineering & Construction, Director of Legal Affairs and Public Affairs, adding the responsibility for the Legal team for Italy and Europe to his current positions.
He's currently CEO Italy.
