Francisco Javier Gavilan

Born in Spain in 1971, he holds a degree in Financial Administration and has a professional career of more than 25 years in the Food & Beverage industry, with a deep understanding of International Markets.

Within his professional career he managed various acquisitions, heading the expansion of several food and beverage businesses in city centers, shopping malls, airports and highways. He began his career at AERAS, Elior Group, as Director (1995 - 2004), expanding the Group's presence in Chile, Argentina, Mexico and the United States and becoming CEO from 2004 to 2006. From 2000 to 2004, Gavilan was also CEO of Aerocomidas, which under his leadership became the largest food operator in the Mexican airports. In 2006, he founded the International Meal Company (IMC), of which he was CEO until 2015. Currently, he provides consulting services to companies in the F&B industry.

He is also Board member at Charlotte Investments LLC, at Central Florida Nieves Holdings LLC, at South Florida Nieves Holdings LLC and at Vivaria Florida LLC.
