Update to the 2013 company events calendar

Milan , 23 April 2013 - Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) announces that the Shareholders’ Meeting to be held to resolve upon the 2012 financial statements is scheduled on 6 June 2013 (1st call) and 13 June 2013 (2nd call) rather than 14 May (1st call) and 6 June (2nd call) as previously announced.
