Trentuno merged into Autogrill

Milan , 20 December 2010 - Autogrill S.p.A. (Milan: AGL IM) and its wholly owned subsidiary Trentuno S.p.A. today stipulated a deed of merger whereby Trentuno will be amalgamated into Autogrill. The merger will take effect on 31st December 2010 following filings with the relevant companies registers. Trentuno’s operations will be entered into Autogrill’s financial statements (also for income tax purposes) as of 1st January 2010.
